What is the module about?
The module consists of two parts: People have had all kinds of thoughts and feelings about the Coronavirus crisis. All these thoughts and feelings are very understandable. In the first part of this module it is emphasized that it is important to accept those feelings and thoughts and not to fight them.
In the second part practical tips are given on how to deal with the Coronavirus crisis. 6 questions are asked and 6 answers are given. The 6 questions are as follows:
- How do you keep feeling connected?
- What can you control?
- Do you have to keep up with the news?
- How do you feel fulfilled?
- How can you take care of yourself?
- How to deal with uncertainty and disappointment?
