Implementation: supporting you every step of the way
The moment you want to implement or scale-up the use of hybrid care in your organisation – for example with our platform – a team of experienced implementation specialists is there to help you reach your goals.
The implementation process is not just ticking boxes: it is inspiring teams to use ehealth in the most optimal way to deliver the best healthcare results. That's what I love about it.
Albertje, Team Lead Implementation at MinddistrictHow other's have implemented ehealth
Don't believe us that we can help you with implementation? Believe the organisations that have already done it! Such as E25 Care and Welfare, who have focussed on 'what can hybrid care mean to you and your patients'. How that went, you can read in the following case study.
Make it happen with our implementation method
What does the implementation process look like? We have combined our knowledge, experiences in working with customers and proven change management theories in our very own implementation method.
We’ll give you a quick overview:
Before your patients can start using ehealth, your organisation has to be ready. In this first phase of implementation, we’ll help to get you shipshape. How? By setting goals, sketching the hybrid patient journeys, empowering professionals through training, and getting you ready for take-off.
In the next step of your implementation journey, we'll focus on the team level. Because different teams have different ways of working, and changing the way you work takes time. Part of it is training and a train-the-trainer concept. Together, we'll build on the successful take-off of ehealth in your organisation, by supporting all of your colleagues to create long-lasting habits and processes.
In step 1 and 2, you have started up the use of ehealth in your organisation. But to keep the engine running smoothly, there's a third step. Because the world of healthcare is continuously changing, as is your organisation. Not to mention new features on the Minddistrict platform. That's why it's important to do an annual ehealth check-up, analyse data and sometimes refresh earlier implementation steps. Together, we'll keep you on track with your digital goals.

Access to care – for everyone
One of our goals is to enable access to care. That goes for everyone, whether they’re deaf, able-bodied, colour-blind, dyslexic or other. We might not be perfect yet, but it is why we focus on digital accessibility. Want to know where we’re at?

Safety as a standard
We design and develop with privacy and security in mind. And no, that’s not just us saying it: we are regularly tested and audited and have the certificates and policies to show for it, such as ISAE 3000 and ISO 27001:2022. Of course, you can see them or request them.

Reimbursement and subsidies
Hybrid care is still fairly new. Options for reimbursement vary across countries and types of healthcare. As do subsidies to promote the scale-up of digital care. We have plenty of experience with both and are always ready to think along with you and your situation.
