Who is the diary for?

The ‘Energy level’ diary allows clients to reflect on how their day went. How tired or energetic did they feel? What did they do? What gave them energy and what drained them? By reflecting on these questions, clients gain better insight into how things are going and whether their day was balanced. The diary is intended for people who are working on creating more balance between energy-giving and energy-draining activities in their daily lives.

Use in combination with a module?

This diary has been designed to be used with the module ‘Burnt out, what now?’ but can also be used independently.

Mobile app

This diary, like all other diaries, can be used on the web platform and in the Minddistrict app. The advantage of the app is that it can send notifications when it’s time to fill in the diary. Therapists can set notifications together with their clients.
