Graded exposure diary
Evaluate graded exposure exercises to help anxiety and fear
With this online diary, care providers can help their clients to gain valuable insights to keep facing their fears.
Contact MinddistrictWhat is the graded exposure diary?
The aim of this diary is to evaluate a graded exposure exercise by answering a number of questions. First you describe which trigger in the fear hierarchy you faced and whether you were able to resist the urge to carry out safety and/or avoidance behaviour. You then describe your level of anxiety, what went well and what didn’t go well. Finally, you can reflect on what you would like to do differently in your next graded exposure exercise. By evaluating your exercises in a diary, you gain valuable insights to keep facing your fear.
How can you use this diary?
This diary can be used by people who struggle with anxiety and who, as part of their therapy, face their fear in exposure exercies. You can combine this diary very well with modules like Generalised Anxiety Disorder or Phobia.
Mobile first
This Graded exposure diary is perfect to use in the Minddistrict mobile app. It can however also be used on other devices and on the web platform. Care providers can configure the amount of notifications for this diary.
