This diary is used for challenging thoughts. Clients first analyse the situation, then challenge the thought by gathering evidence for and against it. Afterward, they formulate a more helpful thought.

This diary complements all modules that use a thought scheme.
Mobile app
Like all other diaries, this diary can be used on both the web platform and the mobile Minddistrict app. The advantage of the app is that it can send notifications when it's time to fill out the diary. The ‘Challenge your thoughts’ diary sends a weekly reminder.
