Online module for young people dealing with panic attacks
Panic attacks can be very debilitating, especially for young people. That is why it is important that young people are given tools to deal with their panic attacks.

This online module is intended for young people aged between 12 and 18 who suffer from panic attacks.
What's the content of this module?
Important topics are discussed, such as symptoms of panic attacks and thoughts that can trigger, maintain or worsen the panic. The module then looks at ways to turn non-helpful thoughts into helpful ones. Interoceptive exposure and exposure are also discussed. Finally, the young person can set a goal and write down the first small steps they are going to take.
How can this module be used?
Therapists and healthcare practitioners can assign this module to their clients and/or combine it with, for example, a diary or any of our other youth modules, such as 'Youth: Social anxiety' and 'Youth: OCD'.
